注文制作を行なっています。
ウールは原毛染で、絹や麻は布染で制作しています。現在、ウールはオリジナルのインジゴツィード服地２種（織幅150cm、ジャケット用、コート用）、植物染の着尺（織幅４０cm)、八掛(織幅38cm）、服地用苧麻布（織幅９０cm）を制作、私達は注文者が希望する素材と色を、藍、アカネ、紫根、エンジュ、ダイオウなど、全て天然染料で重ね染して、制作しています。また、私達は新作で個展を開催して、原毛や楮繊維を藍染して平面や立体作品を制作発表、注文でサイズを変えることができます。

植物染絹着尺：40cm幅12m（スーツ着分200,000円〜)

We are producing to order.
Wool is made using raw dyeing, and silk and linen are made using fabric dyeing. Currently, we are using the original indigo tweed cloth (woven width 150cm, for jackets and coats), silk for kimono (woven width 40cm), and ramie cloth (woven width 90cm) for wool, and we can customize the material according to the customer’s wishes. The colors are dyed with all natural dyes such as indigo, madder, purple root, amber, and rhubarb.
In addition, we hold solo exhibitions of new works and present two-dimensional and three-dimensional works using indigo dyeing from raw wool and mulberry fibers, and we can change the size upon request.

○タペストリー「深淵」 Tapestry “Deep in the light”

４種類の藍染料を灰汁と麩で100L建を３つ、270L建を１つ、それぞれ発酵建を行い、２種類の原毛40kgを1日１kgずつ染め、その後３日間は液を休ませる周期で染める。
藍染：北の藍染織工房 Indigo dyeing : North-Indigo Textile Arts Studio
染めた後は濯ぎ〜天日干し〜寝かしを１ヶ月置いて２度行い、１８世紀にイギリスで発明されたゆっくりと膨らみのある糸を紡ぐことができるミュール紡績で単糸にした。そして半分を双糸に撚糸した。
紡績：三河紡毛 Spinning : MIKAWA BOMO(spinning mill)
製織：山栄毛織 Weaving : YAMAEI KEORI(weaving mill)
そして100年ほど前のションヘル式シャトル織機を使い、単糸で服地、双糸でコート地を織った。
縫製：力縫製室 sewing : Chikara sewing studio
全てご注文により制作しています。長年使用している国内外の産地から選び取り寄せた生成の繊維や糸、2〜4種類の藍発酵建液を使って藍染し、水洗い、天日乾燥して仕上げております。そして、紡績と撚糸、織技法を組み合わせ、製織〜仕上げしています。
All are made to order based, taking natural fibre and thread selections from home and abroad have been using for many years and dye each with 2-4kinds of fermenting indigo vat oxidising every dyeing. After dyeing, soak and rinse in water and dry under the sunshine for 4 days. One month later, repeat the process. Design some technique, spun and woven, then finishing the process.
