服地、作品について
ウールは原毛や糸を染色、シルクやリネンは生地を染色しています。現在、インディゴツイード服地（織巾150cm、ジャケット・コート用）、紬着尺地（織巾37cm）、羊毛と苧麻生地（織巾90cm）を使用しております。色は藍３種、茜２種、ムラサキ、エンジュ、ダイオウなどの天然染料の単独や重ね染、二重媒染、それらの組み合わせで染めています。

藍染の原毛や楮の繊維を使った平面・立体作品を個展や展覧会で発表、個展を開催します。

About Products and Art works
Wool is made using raw fibre dyeing, and silk and linen are made using fabric dyeing. Currently, we are using the original indigo tweed cloth (woven width 150cm, for jackets and coats), silk for kimono (woven width 40cm), and wool and ramie cloth (woven width 90cm) .
The colours are dyed using natural dyes such as 3 types of indigo, Rubia akane, Madder, purple root, Japanese pagoda tree(Sophora japonica) , rhubarb, etc. alone, layered, double mordant, and combinations of these.
We are holding exhibitions of new works and present two-dimensional and three-dimensional works with indigo dyeing raw wool and Kozo- fibers.

○タペストリー「深淵」 Tapestry “Deep in the light”
○ツィード NORTH-INDIGO Tweed
４種類の藍染料を灰汁と麩で100L建を３つ、270L建を１つ、それぞれ発酵建を行い、２種類の原毛40kgを1日１kgずつ染め、その後３日間は液を休ませる周期で染める。
藍染：北の藍染織工房 Indigo dyeing : North-Indigo Textile Arts Studio
染めた後は濯ぎ〜天日干し〜寝かしを１ヶ月置いて２度行い、１８世紀にイギリスで発明されたゆっくりと膨らみのある糸を紡ぐことができるミュール紡績で単糸にした。そして半分を双糸に撚糸した。
紡績：三河紡毛 Spinning : MIKAWA BOMO(spinning mill)
製織：山栄毛織 Weaving : YAMAEI KEORI(weaving mill)
そして100年ほど前のションヘル式シャトル織機を使い、単糸で服地、双糸でコート地を織った。
縫製：力縫製室 sewing : Chikara sewing studio
全てご注文により制作しています。長年使用している国内外の産地から選び取り寄せた生成の繊維や糸、2〜4種類の藍発酵建液を使って藍染し、水洗い、天日乾燥して仕上げております。そして、紡績と撚糸、織技法を組み合わせ、製織〜仕上げしています。
All are made to order based, taking natural fibre and thread selections from home and abroad have been using for many years and dye each with 2-4kinds of fermenting indigo vat oxidising every dyeing. After dyeing, soak and rinse in water and dry under the sunshine for 4 days. One month later, repeat the process. Design some technique, spun and woven, then finishing the process.
